CAT A

STRUCTURAL

NEW M&E

The project began with a complete strip-out of the existing Cat B offices and all mechanical and electrical services, clearing the way for the installation of state-of-the-art systems tailored to meet contemporary requirements. New plant has been expertly installed to enhance efficiency and performance.

Extensive structural works have been carried out to create three stunning roof terraces and a private courtyard, providing outdoor spaces for tenants to enjoy. A new cycle lift has been installed to promote sustainable commuting and improve accessibility for cyclists.

The refurbishment also included the creation of a brand-new ground floor reception, designed to make a striking first impression, alongside high-quality WCs and premium end-of-trip facilities that cater to the modern tenant’s needs.

The building has been designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification, Well-enabled standards, NABERS 5-star energy efficiency, and Whole Carbon accreditations, underscoring its commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

The finished office accommodation boasts a high-quality finish throughout, combining aesthetic appeal with cutting-edge functionality.
